TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Eligibility and Account Access

Access to this portal is restricted to authorized DepEd personnel. To maintain platform security, the following terms apply:

• You must authenticate using an authorized @deped.gov.ph Google email account.
• Users may optionally configure a distinct, secure local application password to log in directly via their DepEd email later on.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your local application passwords and session state.

2. Acceptable Use and Professional Conduct

As an official government system, your activities must align with the **Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees (RA 6713)**. You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to bypass the platform's security configurations or Spatie permission gates.
• Share your local portal account access credentials with unauthorized individuals inside or outside the division.
• Use the system to input, modify, or corrupt official personnel or administrative record arrays maliciously.
• Inject harmful scripts, execute unauthorized database commands, or perform acts that disrupt service availability.

3. Audit Logging and Security Monitoring

To satisfy official data security standards, the platform actively records server-side audit logs. These logs map timestamps, action scopes, and user identification strings (Email and Google ID). By using this platform, you consent to this system monitoring for security optimization and accountability tracking.

4. Intellectual Property and System Data

All core framework structures, user interface assets, TailAdmin layout modifications, and custom data processing modules are the exclusive administrative property of the division management unit. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of this portal's source logic is strictly prohibited.

5. Termination of Service

The division portal administrators reserve the right to immediately suspend, revoke, or terminate a user's access profile without prior notice if a violation of these terms, or a separation from professional duties within the division, occurs.

6. Limitation of Liability

While data sets are fully protected behind full-disk encryption protocols, this official application is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" execution framework. The management unit shall not be held liable for temporary system downtime or unforeseen data delays caused by external network issues or Google API outages.
